How it works:
Step 1 - 3D Design:
Turn your 2D logo into 3D design with desirable dimensions.
Step 2 - Master mould creation:
Once we received your confirmation regarding the design and logo placement, we will create your custom master mould.
The process including multi-days hand sanding and polish the master mould.
Step 3 - Custom silicone mould casting
Process time:
10-15 business days for creating the custom master mould and 1st custom silicone mould.
For more custom silicone moulds, please allow additional 5-7 business days to complete.
Pricing:
Total price is $385. This is one-time charge to create your custom master mould.
This price does not include the cost of the custom silicone mould.
We will store the master mould in our archive long-term, to casting any future custom silicone mould.
MOQ:
1pc of custom silicone mould.
Silicone type for custom mould:
We can only use the premium cured silicone for all custom moulds.
Food grades silicone is not available for custom mould.
What we need from you:
1) Your logo with a clean background in SVJ or JPG format.
2) Let us know your preference: embossing or debossing the logo.
Embossing is when you raise a logo/pattern to create a 3D design (the picture for this listing is an example of embossing).
Debossing is the opposite of embossing as you are creating an indent in design.
