Return & Refund

Due to the nature of 3D printing process, printed moulds may carry minor imperfections. However, these minor imperfections will not affect the final outcome.

We do not issue refund for these cosmetic imperfections, however, if the mould have major defects that will affect the final result, we will issue refund for the product.

We do not accept returns, due to the nature of our products. Items that arrive damaged will be replaced.


Please inspect your order once received and contact us within 10 days if the item is damaged or if you have received an incorrect order. Please note, that if the product is damaged as a result of incorrect use, we will not be under any obligation to accept it back.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to cancel the item you have ordered and make a separate purchase for the new item. We can only exchange your item before the print start. 

We are happy to cancel your order before the print start. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept cancellation once the print started.
